Our commitment to perfection is second only to our pledge to create true relationships with every client. This means that you are the most important person in our process. Our focus is always on the client.

You deserve a consultation that scrutinizes the color and material that goes on your home. You deserve pricing that is so plain that you even know our raw materials cost. And, yes, you absolutely deserve a flawless installation.

Insurance.
We insure our crews. You might think this is standard in our industry, but it’s actually quite rare. Most roofing companies trust their crews to insure themselves (so they might be insured). Or worse, they’re intentionally uninsured. We want 100% assurance that you have zero responsibility if a problem occurs. The only way to do that is for us to personally insure our crews.
Guarantee.
All of our new roofs are guaranteed for a minimum of five years. Plus, we are GAF certified, so that means most of our products are guaranteed for up to 50 years (that’s not a typo). Bottom line — we’ve got you covered. Our reputation depends on it. We work hard for your referrals.
Management Fee.
Unlike other roofing companies, the management fee we quote is not cost plus. It’s based on the scope, size and complexity of the project and is fixed. This means that you can upgrade your finish materials without having to worry about additional fees. The work is the same for us; therefore, the price is the same for our service. Transparency sets us apart from the competition.
Supervision.
We personally supervise your job. Many roofing companies claim to have supervision, but often that means someone will drop by just as your job is finishing up. At that point, nothing can be improved. Nothing can change. We think that is wrong. We have well-defined standards and we will check on your house throughout the job to ensure you are getting an ultra-premium installation.
Payment.
We strive to meet your individual needs as much as we can. We also will work with your lending institution. Then, as an added bonus, we’ll pass along any builder discounts we receive. We never pay retail, so you never pay retail. As we mentioned, our management fee is fixed and there are no tricks up our sleeve. We do not receive kickbacks from our suppliers. You get all of the perks.
Crews.
Our crews are an extension of us and, therefore, are extremely important. We hand-pick our crews based on their job performance and adherence to our elevated standards. Everyone is paid fairly and on time. Our crews are excited to work for us and look forward to the craftsmanship required of our jobs.
