Where’s the kitchen photo? We’re happy to oblige (there might be a few tucked away on our photos page), but we really aren’t a typical builder and we didn’t want your experience on our website to be that way either.
After all, you’re probably dropping by because you’ve seen our craftsmanship first-hand or heard about our penchant for one-of-a-kind projects in the Kansas City area. Yes, we get a lot of referrals, and we’re not shy about admitting it.
And those referrals are the result of our pursuit of excellence. Therefore, we don’t build, remodel or design for everyone. Gahagan-Eddy fits best with homeowners who would never (ever) compromise on workmanship, precision or integrity of design.
We expect our details to be measured in square inches, not square feet. We appreciate products that have stood the test of time. And we hold ourselves to the highest ethical standards, demonstrating transparency and accountability.
Simply stated: we refuse to cut corners.
Just the same, we recognize that fine homebuilding is scalable. Basically, we’re here for every stage of your life. Whether your project is a renovation of a kitchen built in the ’40s, a teardown and new-build in an established neighborhood, or a multi-million dollar estate with historic restoration, we’ll be (unapologetically) obsessed with the details.
We build your house as if it were our own. Then, we stick around after it’s done. There simply aren’t any shortcuts to making sure your house is sound for the next century. We even permanently plaque our new homes (we’re a bit particular about longevity).
We believe every home can be a landmark property. Our reputation is defined by your building experience. In essence, your legacy becomes ours.
