And you might say this concept is a bit personal to us. (It affects space on the same streets where we have our personal homes.)

This rush can lead those clients to purchase a spec home (or mass-repeated floor plan) that already exists, which is never custom, and we feel that diminishes the character of the neighborhood, along with your investment.
It’s simple, really. We’re determined to offer plans that are unique from anything else we’ve ever built. Therefore we’ve spent substantial time with architects designing these, so you won’t have to.
As with all Gahagan-Eddy homes, each house will only be built once. Plus, all plans are custom, so you can modify the proposed design as extensively as you want. Our architects are ready for your input.
All of our ready-to-build homes are exceptionally appointed starting in the $900’s, plus lot. We plan for all of the details you want, like wood floors and the best possible construction methods (so you don’t have to worry about that price creeping up, as it does with many other builders).
